Awards dinner - The menu

Please get your menu choices for the Awards Dinner on 24 April to Tom (tom.fort@btinternet.com).

Set Menu 3 - £25 per person for 3 courses

Starters

Soup of the Day
Today’s special, served with rustic bread

Chicken livers peri peri
Served with ciabatta and salad

Boneless bbq Rib
Slow cooked in our unique basting sauce and served with pickled red cabbage

Roasted beetroot salad
Dill crème fraiche, Marinated baby mozzarella, dressed salad.


Mains

Rump steak
served with a creamy peppercorn sauce, thick cut chips, grilled tomato and mushroom

Slow Roast Confit Duck
Braised chicory, French beans, dauphinoise and a citrus jus

Roasted Hake Fillet
Potato gratin, pea and ginger chutney with a spiced veloute

Butternut Risotto
Herb crème fraiche, butternut and truffle oil


Desserts

Selection of Ice cream
Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate

Creme Brulee with fresh berries

Malva pudding with custard
